Rental Agreement Forms

Please fill out and return the Rental Agreement after booking. Forms can be mailed to 

Tamaroa Grade School Dist. #5, PO Box 175, Tamaroa, IL 62888 OR emailed to awright@tgs5.com. We also have a drop box located at the Main Entrance of the school. A signed Rental Agreement must be on file with the Tamaroa Grade School Office within 10 business days of booking. Please use the Checklist provided to ensure deposit return.
